Note: Mail Assure users can only use SolarWinds Single Sign-On if the email address associated with their Mail Assure admin account is the same email address as the one used to login to other SolarWinds MSP products that are integrated with SSO (does not include N-Central).
To access the new Mail Assure application you will need to use our MSP SSO login page. To do so you need to enroll your SSO credentials. An alternative to logging in with specific user credentials as above Mail Assure offers Admin users the option to log in with SolarWinds Single Sign-On by using the Login with SolarWinds Single Sign-On (SSO) button: Using the SolarWinds SSO links your account with other SolarWinds SSO enabled products where this login is also used.

Go to the Mail Assure login page at my.swmailassure.com Enter the Admin Username in the format user_12843619264 in "Username / domain / email" and provide the "Password" Navigate to My Settings > User's Profile Once here make sure that the email address at the top is one you have access to and is correct.
Within the Local Credentials section you will find a section for Login with Mail Assure select Link Account This will send a N-able SSO invitation email to the account notification email address. Follow the link in the password reset email received which will take you to the N-able Single Sign-On page where you can create an account.
